• vbAccelerator: Lots of Common Controls that Microsoft forgot, such as Headers, and a dynamic grid.
• VBWeb: From the United Kingdom, this is a very well-designed site. They have lots of code snippets, and Developers Pad, which is still in beta. They also have a project that will give you VB IDE-like autocomplete and tooltip parameter info!
